Welcome to Elite Wonders LLC. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website elitewonders.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 
1) General

  • All products and pricing are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Elite Wonders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

 
2) Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate.

  • However, colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting or display differences.

  • Elite Wonders is not responsible for minor variations in product appearance.

 
3) Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars [USD] and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs.

  • Payment is due at the time of checkout through secure third-party processors [ex: PayPal, Wix Payments, or Stripe].

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

 
4) Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Regular items: Processed within 24–48 hours after payment is received.

  • Customized pieces: Require a minimum of 72 hours processing before shipment.

  • Orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping Policy and are subject to carrier delays.

 
5) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

6) Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

  • Certain items, including customized pieces and trading cards [including graded cards], are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

  • Refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy and typically take 5–10 business days.

 
7) Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping is handled through trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier.

8) Taxes

  • Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.

 
9) Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
