1) What Types of Products Do You Sell?

2) How Can I Place an Order?

  • Browse our shop, add your favorite items to the cart, and complete your purchase using our secure checkout system.

 
3) What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options listed at checkout.

 
4) Do You Offer International Shipping?

  • We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping coming in the future.

 
5) How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

  • Regular items: Processed within 24–48 hours, plus carrier delivery time.

  • Customized pieces: Require a minimum of 72 hours processing, plus carrier delivery time.

 
6) What Is Your Return Policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in their original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized pieces, and trading cards [including graded cards], are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to damage or defect.

 
7) Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

 
8) Do You Accept Exchanges?

  • We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original [if eligible] and place a new order.

 
9) Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Placing It?

  • Orders may be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, processing begins and changes may no longer be possible.

 
10) My Order Arrived Damaged — What Should I Do?

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We’ll assist you promptly and, if needed, help file a claim with UPS or USPS.

 
11) Do You Offer Custom Pieces?

  • Yes, customized items are coming soon. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for processing.

  • Note: Customized pieces are final sale and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 
12) Do You Offer Gift Wrapping or Special Packaging?

  • At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.

  • However, all items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

 
13) Will My Trading Cards Be Shipped Securely?

  • Yes, all trading cards, including graded cards, are shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, and/or bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

 
14) Do Multiple Items Ship Together?

  • Whenever possible, multiple items in the same order will ship together.

  • In some cases, items may ship separately, with shipping charges applied to each package unless the order qualifies for free shipping.

 
15) Will I Need to Sign for My Delivery?

  • For added security, orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.

 
16) Are There Any Shipping Restrictions?

  • We ship to all U.S. states and territories served by UPS or USPS.

  • If your address is outside their delivery zones, we are unable to ship to that location.
