At Elite Wonders, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1) Processing Times

Regular items: Processed within 24–48 hours after payment [Business Days only].

Customized pieces: Require a minimum of 72 hours processing before shipment.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.

2) Shipping Methods

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on size, weight, and destination.

3) Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: Orders over $ 100.00 [before taxes and fees] qualify for free standard shipping.

4) Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order reaches the final stages of processing.​

5) Estimated Delivery & Carrier Delays

Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

6) Risk of Loss & Delivered Status

​Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

Elite Wonders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your order was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier and/or file a claim. We’re happy to provide documentation to assist.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.

8) Signature Requirement (Optional)

For added security, orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.
9) Combined Orders

Whenever possible, multiple items in the same order will ship together. In some cases, items may ship separately, and shipping charges may apply to each package unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
10) Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all U.S. states and territories served by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Addresses outside their service areas cannot be accommodated.
