Returns & Refund Policy – Elite Wonders

1) Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, email [support@elitewonders.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Unapproved or unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method for any return; Elite Wonders is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

2) Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned [unless defective]:

  • Customized or personalized pieces

  • Trading cards [including graded cards]

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Signed poster

  • Signed Funko POP!

  • Comic book

  • Manga

 

3) Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping may be partially refunded or denied at our discretion.

 

4) Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll assist you promptly and, if needed, help file a carrier claim [UPS or USPS].

 

5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available. If you need a different item, please return the original [if eligible] and place a new order.
