1) Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, email [support@elitewonders.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Unapproved or unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Please use a trackable shipping method for any return; Elite Wonders is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
2) Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned [unless defective]:

Customized or personalized pieces

Trading cards [including graded cards]

Digital downloads

Clearance or sale items

Signed poster

Signed Funko POP!

Comic book

Manga
3) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping may be partially refunded or denied at our discretion.
4) Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll assist you promptly and, if needed, help file a carrier claim [UPS or USPS].
5) Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. If you need a different item, please return the original [if eligible] and place a new order.
