At Elite Wonders, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how order cancellations work.

1) Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase.

• After 12 hours, processing begins and cancellations may no longer be possible.

 

2) Customized or Personalized Items

​

• Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

 

3) Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4) How to Request a Cancellation

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [support@elitewonders.com] with your order number.

• Note: If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please review our Returns & Refund Policy to see if your order qualifies for a return.
