At Elite Wonders, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how order cancellations work.

1) Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, processing begins and cancellations may no longer be possible.
2) Customized or Personalized Items

Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
3) Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4) How to Request a Cancellation
